Jeff is superb. Professional, very well-respected in the real estate and construction businesses in the Charleston area, extremely thorough. Report is timely, complete, and easy to understand. He explains his findings and ensures you comprehend the significance of each one. He crawled every inch of the place, inside and. Builders and agents won’t catch the items that Jeff finds. It is worth every penny and more for his service. If new construction, I definitely recommend pre-drywall and pre-closing, both. This is money well spent.
